Also, when I was a kid I went to Ghormley Meadow camp in Central WA (also a Christian camp, but non-denominational). They accommodated my diet. I think we had to request a few weeks in advance.

I use this site: https://freecampsites.net, sometimes you have to do some extra searching to make sure the information is still up to date. If you're willing to drive, I've been to a GORGEOUS free site on Lake Ponderay that's about 2 hours from here. Right on the water and right by trails.
