I love Rose and Bloom. They have downtown and valley branches and they deliver everywhere. They're so friendly, and they can work with your budget so if you want to order a big thing on the website you can, which i do for birthdays and stuff; but if you walk in with thirty bucks, they can make something nice as like a 'thinking-of-you tuesday' and I personally really appreciate that.
