I haven't found a place here in the Bay Area, but there's a women's charity based in Spokane, Washington that you can mail beauty products to--Project Beauty Share (projectbeautyshare.org). They accept makeup, hair, body, and hygeine products. They'll even take certain open/used products. It all goes to help women in need to get them back on their feet. I recently mailed them a box of eyeshadows, nail polishes, fragrances, and a ton of tampons (since I don't really use those). You'll have to mail donations on your own dime, but they are facing increased demand (esp for hygiene products) and decreased donations at this time, so every bit helps!

I grab hotel toiletries too and give them to a volunteer in the neighborhood (Potrero Hill) who makes yearly holiday blessings bags with toiletries and other essentials for homeless women. I'm happy to give you her email address to see if she can come by and pick up your stuff! If it doesn't work out, I've already donated to Project Beauty Share like another commenter has mentioned.

The Moody rate at Holiday Inn Express and the Red Lion at the Park is $99/night. Both include breakfast. The shuttle is also free although the H.I. has more limited hours. The Red Lion River Inn Moody rate is $89. I think it also includes breakfast but can't remember for sure.
