Call your insurance company to see what therapists they pay for. If you don't have insurance? There are places that will treat on a sliding scale. Because of the coronavirus it might be difficult. Good luck.

[Psychology.com](https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/wa/spokane) is a great resource for finding local providers, allowing you to see their images and a short blurb about their care. Best of luck!

Psychology today is a great site to be able to narrow down mental health professionals by the insurance they accept and a few other things. They also have a teletherapy tab right now!

Head over to [Frontier Behavioral Health](http://fbhwa.org/) on [Howard & 1st](http://fbhwa.org/test/location/symons-building/). That clinic takes walk-ins and does an assessment as soon as a counselor can see you that day. After you've told them what you need, they find a counselor that is versed in that type of problem. They also have a policy where you can switch counselors (there are at least ten in the building) if you don't seem to click with a counselor. You could also try one of the [CHAS](https://chas.org/) clinics, but it's not always easy to get an appointment right away. I've dealt with depression (and more) my entire life. It definitely makes life seem lonely and bleak. I'm glad you were able to reach out for yourself. */hugs* I hope you are able to find someone to talk to as soon as possible.

I see [Lori at Grassroots Therapy.](http://grassrootstherapy.com) They have a lot of different therapist, so if you don't gel with someone (it happens) there are other options.
