I have used Triple C for my carpets at my store. Price was reasonable with quality work. Also having been on both sides of the rental as a renter and as an owner, make sure you don't do it yourself especially if the carpets were poor when you moved in. If you do it yourself and the property owner/ manager contests the carpets were done and do it yourself receipt won't hold up as proof it has to be from a licensed/insured company. Basically because you can rent the machine, get the receipt but not clean them. Secondly, if you know what company did them when you first moved in see if you can get a statement from them about the condition of the carpets when you moved in (as long as they are not friends with the homeowner). The carpets don't have to be replaced until the "life" is over. If the carpets have to be replaced before the life expectancy is over then the homeowner can't charge the renter for having to replace them sooner but it has to be prorated to the life of the carpet (FYI it carpet is expected to last 10 years and it costs $1000 to replace it the renter would be responsible for $100 for every year of use the homeowner did not get.) if the carpet was in bad shape when you moved in it should have been replaced then. I just don't want to see you get stuck for someone else's mess. I had a property manager try that with me.
