Danielle, this is Brad. When we sold our home about 1 1/2 months ago we had to do all that. The guy that did our inspection and wind mitigation was, Tom Marks. His phone number is 863-450-0450. He was really good and told the truth. Which means a lot. Are you buying a home? If so good luck.
