Marc Kubica not true my step son was assaulted in school by another student 5 days after ACL repair surgery. The kid punched him in his bad knee so my step son hit him back. My step son was syspended and sent to anger managment classes nothing happened to the kid who started it.

Press charges against school, prinincipal, nurse, school board etc all for turning a blind eye and allowing the situation to escalate to where my child almost was killed. I just want justice served, school held accountable and to stop this from continuing to happen. Someone needs to the voice!

If the house is being sold thus week, there is no time for a friendly foreclosure and a bankruptcy might have helped stall the procedure but at this point, it would take too long. But if Day Law Office can help with that, it couldn't hurt to ask. The time to ask for help was when you were serves with foreclosure papers because these things do not "just go away" if you ignore them. I wish you luck.
