My daughter works for Consulate Healthcare in Hudson. It's infront of the hospital on Hudson Rd. I always give mine there. They have ladies that are in the long-term care part who are on medicaid and always need clothes.

Large and wealthy enough? Sure. The problem is that you are the minority and most people want Gucci quality at Wal Mart prices here. So it would fail before the first brick was even laid. Not to mention malls in general are going by the wayside with online shopping getting more and more business with each passing year. Shit, even mom & pop type restaurants and bakeries, etc.. can't prosper here most of the time because people complain they are too expensive.
