We have used http://www.dwrconstruction.com/ for a few projects, they may seem a little pricey but, they have always come through in a timely manner plus were very business like. They also will get the necessary permits for you if needed. Beware as some will tell you you don't need approval in The Woodlands, but for most things outside you do!!
