Amanda Dahms Bearden, they were recommended by one of my husband's co-workers. We've had ours 2 years, and it's started to settle in places and is uneven. It stretches all the way across the front of our house so was a considerable investment. I guess we have one more year's use then, if they did as well on ours as they did yours! That's awful!
