We like Barry Henbest at Metro Dental Arts. He doesn't specialize in kids but is good with them and has taken care of our whole family for years. When we first started going Staci was probably about 5 or so. I've hear good things about Dr. Caple too.

I had one pulled last year at Monarch Dental for $150, I think. You could call and get estimates but always plan to pay a little more because you never know what problems could exist.
