My chiropractor's office offers massage THERAPY. More than just a massage. Springfield chiropractic on 2 nd and allen. After my shoulder surgery they loosen alot of scar tissue that sped up my recovery drastically

I have the same thing. I find that every couple weeks at the Chiro for maintenance, massage that area with a tennis ball (have Eric help), and use BioFreeze or Deep Blue for relief.
