Nobody takes medical card for adults anymore. But Familia Dental and the place on Cook St will do it based on your income. I have horrible teeth and a medical card, but they are doing mine for dirt cheap.

Cummins is great for dentist ( your parents go there) and we took Darian to Dr.Groesch for ortho. Thrashers sent us there:)
