I know you don't want to drive to Fair Grove, my groomer is amazing. But in Springfield, hands down, no contest, the best groomer is Lori at Biscuits Baths and Beyond next to north town Walmart. Seriously.
I'm in that same boat. I was taking ours to All Pet Supply and every time he came home he's sick.:(

Stephanie Lunn---FB page All Paws Big and Small-- love her! She grooms both my dogs about every 8 wks-- it's in her house and she doesn't have anyone else's dogs there when yours are.

Christal V. replied:
Yep. It is Pet Beautician! They do love dogs and I have heard really great things from my sis and my two friends.

Try the groomer at All About Dogs and Cats. I shop there for our dogs food and I see some good looking pups walk out of the grooming area. I used to grrom, so I do our dogs. Or, there's grooming at Parkcrest Vet.

I know one in Branson. It is Shayna Crane at Petco.

Our doggies only need an occasional bath at home but even without personal experience, I would recommend Pet Warehouse on Sunshine. My recommendation is just based on knowing the owners and the quality people they hire.

Courtney, I took the poodles to Courtney Club Vet for years. They do a great job (just not crazy about the vet) it's by the Elks on Bennett!

Brenda P. replied:
Me too Gail! But Suzanne at Shampoochies is so good with Li'l Bit that I don't mind taking her there to be groomed. Li'l Bit was brush burned by an alleged "groomer" at Pet Smart several years ago and has been freaked out about getting groomed ever since. Suzanne has been very gentle and patient with her and she does an excellent job.

I take my Golden Retreiver to Pooch Parlor on Thayer...she does a wonderful job.
Does anyone know a good dog groomer? Milo's groomer had back surgery. So she will be out for awhile. Looking either in the Springfield or chatham area. Thanks :)

I really like Kara's In Town Grooming in Chatham. Whenever I'm home for a visit, I always take my 13 yr old lab there--they're so good with her and really reasonably priced.
