I love Top of the Market they have an upstairs area for up to 180 guests and down stairs for I believe up to 300 (price is middle of the road, you must use them for catering), If you are looking for outside I really enjoy Benhams Grove in Centerville or Magnolia Estates in Miamisburg both about the same price and provide ceremony location as well and you can choose your caterer. Presidential is also a nice location, mid range pricing and great catering (they may have more than one event at a time though)

Gilbert Party Barn can be nice if you really dress it up. Dependent on the size of your guest list you have to split some up and put guests up stairs. The food was good but the staff and service were not so great (from the experience of working a wedding there as a planner) and you must use them.

Again dependent on what your budget is you have some places at a higher cost like Carillon Park and Dayton Art Institute which have unique space compared to normal 4 wall venues.

Magnolia Estate on Benner Rd. is beautiful. My daughter is having her wedding there in October. Magnoliaestate.com Holds up to 200 people. Has a bar and patio area, the reception area is open or closed ( wedding tent style ) bridal party dressing area, outdoor with backup option I case it rains, gazebo over looking a wooded area. Seating and walk way is on paver stones so that you/guests won't have to stand in the grass. Everything is. Done in white to match any color palate.
