My mother uses Elfin cleaning. I believe they use gentler chemicals than regular folks. They are super nice and do a great job.

I used multiple times in the past, based on recommendation, and was extremely happy with: Jeff Johnson, with Total Home Carpet Care, 461 1918. Last time was like 2 years ago, and since he's local, maybe something changed, but if he's around, he was awesome.

Tried Stanley Steamer a couple times and won't be using them again. Dirt and stains were cleaned but not so good at removing pet orders.
