Multicat or behavior to stop urine marking. I moved 9 times in 12 years and swear by the calming effect and help with whatever lived in the house before. It's cheaper through chewy.com but pet smart price matches its online price which is half the price of in store. Absolutely swear by its help. My vet keeps one plugged in the exam room too.

For pet odors..Anti icky poo from a vet. I know Concord Veterinary Center has it.....works great...follow directions exactly

In my experience, no amount of cleaning will make it so the cat doesn't smell it and want to urinate there. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and they do a nice job for reasonable price.
