Hi all! Looking for anyone's feedback or experiences at any local daycare centers. Scheduling some tours, but sometimes hearing personal experiences help calm (or...

Salem Lutheran is the best!!!

Early bird for sure we never had a bad experience there!! Years ago my daughter went to Salem Lutheran and one of the teachers hit her. Of course they denied it happened but she even knew why she was hit so I'm sure it happened. There was also an issue with a child who was biting kids and was allowed to remain at the daycare. The friday before Easter I picked her up with teeth marks on her forehead.

We have been at Early Bird for four years. I am a teacher so was selective when choosing a center. There is a culture of kindness but it is also very structured. Our youngest son had special medical needs and they went above and beyond to accommodate him. I cannot say enough about the facility, curriculum, and of course the loving staff there!

I have been using Salem Lutheran for 8 years now. They are FANTASTIC!!! They treat you like family and assist with the things you want for your child.

Salem Lutheran.

We use Early Bird for our children, a 1 year girl and 2.5 year old son. My son loves it. Baby girl just started. The staff is friendly and loving, the facility is very well kept, and we like how much they learn while there.

My kids went to Early Bird from the time they were 3 months old until kindergarten. They were loved and well cared for there. They were reading and writing well above grade level when they got to kindergarten. My only complaints were a few bookkeeping issues, but as with anywhere, be sure to keep your receipts.
Melissa F. replied:
Salem Lutheran. They have an excellent staff with very low turnover. Amy, the director, is always willing to work with a crazy schedule. They also provide meals/snacks.
Are there any other childcare options in Springville? (we've already looked at Early bird and Salem Lutheran)
Jessica S. replied:
There's a couple in home daycares, but those are the two main providers. We use Alexis Heim, and she's wonderful, but I'm not sure if she has room.

Salem Lutheran is wonderful. My grandkids go there and they love it.They are very accommodating with my daughter and son in law's schedule. They too have a pre k program. Excellent place!
Stacy S. replied:
My children have attended Early Bird from the time they were each 5 months old and my oldest just graduated from the Pre-K program. It is truly a gem in the community. The experiences they have there are incredible. Caring and professional staff. Very structured yet lots of creativity - perfect mix. I could go on and on.

Salem Luthetan is fantastic. My 3 sons - 9 yo, 5 yo twins have all been going since they were 8 weeks. The staff is more like family and the kids love it!! Feel free to message me!!!
