[Cam's Auto Service](http://www.yelp.ca/biz/cams-auto-service-toronto-2) at King/Parliment has been my go to guy since I to the east end about 3 years ago (not exactly close for you, but the King car will take you across the city to Liberty Village in about 35 min). They were recommended to me, and have done great work on my and the wife's cars.

Try Harbord Auto Centre at Harbord & Ossington, been going to him for years. Over the years he's serviced my dads american cars (Chevy, Cadillac, Neon) as well as mine and my gf`s imports (Mazda and Honda).
