Hello. I'm looking for a Doctor. I just need prescriptions refilled. I'm in Port Louis Marina, St. George. Grand. Anse is fine as well. I went to the hospital clinic,...
Connie R. replied:
Dr.Radix, Black Rock Medical Center in Grand Anse Shopping Center. Look on Grenada Facebook page under Files for listing.
Anita S. replied:
Go to a doctor and take your prescriptions and any info you have from home. Consultation will cost you up to EC$100. Dr Radix upstairs at Grand Anse Shopping Centre is convenient. Once satisfied they are prescribing appropriately they will give you a prescription accepted by a local chemist. To save a hot trek phone pharmacies first to check they have in stock. Start with Gittens at Wall Street, Mitchell's at Excel Plaza, True Blue Pharmacies at Bananas at True Blue. Find numbers online or in yellow pages. Drug costs vary.... you can ask on the phone. If I can help let me know.
Anne H. replied:
Many prescription meds can be bought over the counter. If not, Dr Jenny Isaacs in St Georges is very good.
Stacey S. replied:
Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I tried taking my packets AND medicine bottles from the states, but no go. 2 of the meds I need are Imitrex ( for migraines) and also a med for cancer. I need a presciption for both of those and others. Roy Philpott...I do not have insurance here. The hospital wanted to admit me, but I refused. Going back to the states in 1 month for surgeries, tests, etc. Have to leave my husband and 2 rescue pups here until I recover. Ugh.
Kitty K. replied:
Did you try St. Augustine medical center. Call them and see if their pharmacy has the Meds. 440-6173
