The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass (not the casino one) has been a favourite of my family for years. We stay there almost every weekend in the summer since it's a short 15 minutes from my house, however it feels like you're secluded while at the hotel. The property is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming. We always bring our dogs and the staff all know them by name!
