In Namao Centre (Edmonton, 97 st & about 165 ave) there is a tailor. She is right beside the Dollarama, across from Royal Bank. She's amazing! She does all my hemming, and altered a rather elaborate princess dress for my daughter. I highly, highly recommend her.
