If you enroll for classes at Daytona State College there is a place called the Center for Women and Men. They have information about shelters around the area and have resources to help people who have similar situations as you. There are a lot of places around Daytona but I would avoid Daytona since the prices are going up triple fold. Try Port Orange or Ormond. There are trailer parks all around the area who have pretty cheap rent. If you are hiding from your ex then go to a shelter for domestic abuse they will set you up. I am not judging you at all and I just want to tell you all that I know. Also, put a restraining order on your ex and see if you can go into a program that protects families from abusive and/or dangerous situations.
