Go up to the circle at Wold Golf Village ... great place to run / walk around Kelly Lake and then take in a movie at the IMAX and lunch at the Renaissance or the Murray Bros Caddyshack ... the time will fly by! You might want to call the Renaissance to seeif they would give you a day pass for their fitness center: 940-8000.

Turning Point at Calvary Church has a hot shower station set up in the back of the property through Red Cross and the Alabama Disaster Relief group. I am not certain how much longer they will be here. I have heard they are leaving in the next day or so.
