Mark Farrow is brilliant. On my first consultation he laid out a plan of approach and I was very pleased with what he fought for and won for me. Kept costs to a minimum, also... experienced and always professional.

Dr. Warren Heard. He's over by the Colonial on the east side. He lets you pay on a sliding scale and he's really great. He helped me immensely while going through a difficult break up. He's far more affordable than most and really cares.

I'm looking for a good but not going to drain my pocket family lawyer?
Jodi R. replied:
If you have a child support order from a judge that is not being enforced contact the HFS office in Aurora (800) 447-4278 and they can give you information for the xhild support enforcement department which is right on Indian Trail across from the DMV. I sent them my court ordered support papers and divorce decree and probably some other misc. paperwork ( this was 8 years ago) and they took over at no cost to me. Even when my ex left the state hoping to avoid child support they found him and hold him accountable still today (even though kids are graduated) for all arreages. It is worth the time it takes to set it up.
Looking for recommendations on a family lawyer in the area please that is somewhat affordable. Or someone who would be willing to give me some legal advise.
