I had basically the exact same thing, except the leak was in my first floor kitchen, stemming from the second floor shower. I had a home warranty thing, and they sent out "Budget Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing". http://www.justcallbudget.com/ They were awesome. Matt was the guy that came out. Nothing but good things to say about them. The home warranty company made me use a different company to patch the hole, but I believe Matt told me Budget could do that as well.
