Hubby and I are looking for a home builder. Does anyone have experience working with Adair Homes? If so, will you please let me know if it was a positive or negative...
Perry B. replied:
It is well worth the drive to Woodland, Wa. Adair,Reality Homes and (my mind went blank) there is one more home builder across the street from Reality. They all have model homes on site and all are the same type of builders with set house plans .
Perry B. replied:
We bought Reality Homes and they were very good to work with. We wanted to move a wall and a bathroom as well as add a door and a window. They were nice and Adair said no changes,

We had our home built by Affordable Stick Built Homes in Rainer. We moved in a week ago.
Greg B. replied:
Lonnie Richards out of Rainier built my home in 2012. Not one single problem with the house- and it was a VERY positive experience. https://www.chamberofcommerce.com/rainier-or/5632137-richards-construction-inc HIGHLY recommend.

I used to work for Adair homes back in 2009, so much false information people think. It's a stick built home, not modular and i see they allow a lot more floor plans since I was there, which is awesome! You'll come out with equity from day one because of the usage of the same plans without having to pay for new permits every time and sweat equity, Good luck!!
Bob B. replied:
I know several people with Adair homes and they all say the same thing. They are happy with their homes once completed but they all tell me they would never do business with them again! Everything's an upgrade, any modifications you do your self voids the warranty and when they are late too bad for you, when you are late, it costs you more money. I would say buyer beware but I have no personal experience with them.
Needing a detached double garage built that will match the house. Hip style roof (3' overhang, full soffit) lap siding. Guess on cost and recommendation for builder?

Hugely Concerned.
Yesterday my son was injured on building materials that were improperly hung off our building.
He cracked his head open, because of him being disabled...
