I recently needed a tap changed and posted on a local fb group (Soham debate). Within an hour I had about 4 quotes, the next day one came to check it out matched the lowest quote and sorted it the following day. See if there is a similar group in Cambs and I am sure you will get a similar spread. Get a few quotes and see if you can get whoever seems the best to match the lowest.
