Hello All, We are heading to CR in 10/14 and want to find a place to stay for 9 days around Grecia, B&B, hotel, something nice. We will be there looking for a town and...

I believe Jeni Giles Evans has stayed at one of the B&B's in Grecia, but I can't remember the name. Maybe she could give you some recommendations.

I stayed in one of Lynn Zamora 's SWEET Cabina•cottages up in the Cajon de Los Angeles area•mountains of Grecia!!! http://SarongGoddess.com/Travel/Grecia-LynnsCabinas (these are some newer fresher more detailed pictures I took for her) I think it's PERFECT for someone considering moving to the area - especially if they're considering living more up in the cooler mountain area (which I SOOOO LOVE!!) before committing to it & Lynn's a REALLY HELPFUL host!!! Here are her AirBnB sites: https://AirBnB.com/rooms/1419802https://AirBnB.com/rooms/282201

Here's a link to the trip advisor review of the one we stayed in. We were only there about 2 days--it was fine, location was good. The only real drawback was that our room window faced the afternoon sun and it got kind of hot. Also, the water in our shower went everywhere. Hubby paid the bill. Rob Evans , can you chime in and give some feedback here? http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g309225-d1483060...

Grecia B&B was fine ... I liked that it was right in the middle of town since we had no car ... there is a bakery across the street and a pizza place next door if you are really lazy. I will mention, I think I saw Grecia had a hostel if you want to go cheap ... I would like to check it out next time we are in town ...

Film Develop/ Printing Hello people that live inside of my computer,
I have just had some film negs scanned and now have a few digital files I'd really like to...
Tanduvanwinkle replied:
I've been to Vanbar for developing and scanning a few times. My results have been OK. Michael's and Teds also do scanning but I work closer to Vanbar and generally prefer not going to the elizabeth st stores.
I feel like their scans were sharp but the colour balance wasn't amazing.
I got myself a c41 kit and a second hand scanner and have been doing it myself since then.
I'd be interested in hearing what other suggestions you get.
Printing is a bit hit and miss too. Some places better than others. I've got a 6 ink Canon inkjet printer which I do most of my printing on and with good paper it looks pretty sweet. I can print, tweak, print until I like what I get. Anything larger than a4 I've had done at Michael's and Teds. Neither blew my socks off but were OK.
Are you shooting B&W or colour?
Gr3mlins replied:
Print it at Officeworks, bring the files along and it's 10 c prints there and then at the self service. Second doing B&W at home, it's really quite simple and fun to do, save a lot of money too, especially if you already have a scanner.

I used digidirect and michaels, digidirect is little cheapier but quality is worse. Michaels offers few options, I always take the smallest/worst one and still am satisfied, but good to know there are other places, I will try them too. I will use the opportunity and ask if anyone knows if it's able to get Fujifilm Superia 200 in Australia at all?
Next week is RLI SPEED NETWORKING!!! Top professions where you would be the only person in RLI for St. Louis at this time and get ALL the referrals from every chapter....
