My 11yr old son injured his knee pretty bad in gym yesterday. I haven't had to deal with a sports injury yet. Where do I bring him to get looked at? I feel regular...
Debi R. replied:
I broke my wrist and went to Twin City Ortho in MG. Very happy with them.
Mary E. replied:
As a recipient of double knee replacement, Tria!! Dr. Peter is the best!

TC Ortho in Maple Grove has a walk in Urgent Care. It's right near the hospital.

Northwest Spine and Pain Center in St Michael

You can always bring him to my clinic. TEAM Chiropractic & Wellness Center. It is in Monticello down from the hospital. 763-295-0303 If he needs any imaging I can order that and read it too.
Tina N. replied:
Dr. Fischer at Tria did all three of my knee surgeries. He was recommended to me and I highly recommend him.

Recommendations for a fitness center in the area. I know there are good ones in surrounding cities but I'm really only interested in pros/cons for St Michael/Albertville...
Amy S. replied:
I don't know what kind of fitness place you're looking for, but I highly recommend Crossfit STMA. The coaches, workouts and community are fantastic and actually keep me motivated and inspired to stick with it!:)
Jone B. replied:
Check out infit.org. There is a trial available. inFIT also has many training options. inFIT is next to Anytime Fitness. Anytime also has a trial available. Check them out!
Hello! I am looking for a gym that provides childcare. I live in saint Michael and just wondering if lifetime is my only option! Thanks!
Katie S. replied:
Anytime and Infit in Albertville have childcare. I believe it's $2/hour.
Andrea A. replied:
Monticello Community Center. A family membership is relatively cheap, closer than LT or YMCA, child care + a pool and rock wall for the kids. Not sure about the fees for child care as they've changed the way they do it over the years, but we loved it when our kids were little.
Looking to purchase a monthly gym membership, does anyone have any recommendations near St Michael? I know some of the options, just looking more for reviews of those...
My daughter is a competitive cheerleader and I'm looking for a new tumbling class for her. Does anyone have recommendations other than Jon's, Gym-Nation and North Shore?
