I use Stanley Steemer. They do a good job, even move things and clean under them, like couches, end tables. Coffee tables and chairs. They are quick to come and there are always coupons. I have a carpet cleaner but only use it for little things. Theirs is a truck mounted system and really cleans deep

I decided to go with a local businesss owned and operated by a retired veteran. It is called Heavens Best located in Stafford VA. They are hightly rated. The price included treating pet urine, non chemical cleaning, and deotorizing all for the same price Stanley Steamer wanted to just steam clean. I will let you know how it goes.
