Diet wise, I can highly recommend https://www.facebook.com/180102619482 Slimming World There are morning or evening groups to suit your schedule and it really does work. I have lost 5½ stone since Easter last year and James De-La-Fuente has lost more than 8 in the same time. It is not dependant on exercise so it is ideal for those who struggle with their mobility. It doesn't take long to get used to the system and the support you get from the group is really incredible. I have made friends for life at my group. Contact Tina Sheppard for places and times. I cant say enough good stuff about it.
