Mike Wells, who owns Harvest Lane Honey, might be a good contact for bee removal. If he doesn't do it I'm sure he knows of someone who does. I don't have his number but I'm sure he's in the directory. We have a very bee/butterfly/hummingbird friendl y yard and have never had a problem with any type of bee. Bees don't sting unless they literally have no recourse, and they die afterwards. Wasps and jellowjackets on the other hand can be very aggressive. We find their nests in all sorts of nooks and crannies and treat them at sunset when they are inside and much less active.

Please don't kill off the bees. There are several people that I'm aware of in Stansbury who raise bees, sell their service as pollinators and sell honey and other products. It's also illegal to kill bees in many areas so I would check with the County before doing so.
