Dr Nathan Bird is an excellent dentist and he and his staff are very kind. He charges less than another dental office I previously went to and the level of care is better. I don't know what his prices are but call and let him know your circumstance.

I left Stanwood Dental after they wanted me open a credit card with them to cover my cleanings & $3500 for an upper plate repair. They are a bunch of crooks!!!!
