I tried my hand at replacing mine but ended up calling Sears Garage Doors. The guy who came had it finished in like 45 minutes (of course, I had assembled the main unit for him). I mention this because I assume they'd cover that area as well.

I used Central PA Dock and Door. They did a great install job. The motor itself is Lift Master with a chain, and very quiet. I'll give you a demo if you want to see/hear it.
