Point2 homes will show you most all the properties for sale by broker in town. Some FSBO as well. Most FSBO you will find by driving around. Local brokers actually know where the houses are, so the map locations on P2H will be fairly accurate. Out of town brokers haven't a clue, so don't rely on the map for locations.... You should have a clear idea of where and what you want.... 90% of the buyers are Americans and 90% of them want an oceanview house for less than $250,000.... so expect that range of the market to be pretty well picked over..... There are still several foreclosed condos in town, mostly 2 br 1 ba.... and land prices are still weak....
