I go to preferred medical as well but do not take my children there. They do not turn the phones on until 9 and you cannot get an early (7:30) appt with a sick kid. They are great, but as far as pediatrician wise (unless they changed recently) you may want to go another route. I think many like Birmingham Pediatrics - the closest to all of your items listed. Dr. Holly I believe it is. Someone will chime in I am sure.
