[Belfort Furniture](https://www.belfortfurniture.com) in Dulles has a clearance/outlet section. You can just grab and go if you find something you like.

Walmart, target, mall furniture stores, rent-a-center, ikea, these are all places you can buy a cheap box set of furniture to assemble at your earliest convenience. Even some of the malls have furniture stores where you can get a couch today from the display if you pay enough.

There is a place called Model Home Furniture out towards Leesburg (heading west, toward Leesburg, on the right just past Battlefield Parkway. I hope it's not too far out of the way. Their inventory varies.

Crate and Barrel outlet in Alexandria is an option! A bit pricey but we’ve gotten good stuff from there in the past.

I had this same issue 2 months ago, cancelled the couch. I got a comfy chaise couch at world market, though a lot of their couches are a little weird or kind of stiff, not all of them are, and they'll come in that week.
