You’ve posted a couple times looking for medical help with PCOS. Are you having a hard time finding a doctor based on your insurance? Have previous doctors not taken you seriously? I only ask because I know finding the right doctor isn’t always easy and I’m wondering if there’s a way to help empower you.

He's a rheumatologist and an internist, not an endocrinologist which probably more what you're looking for, so I don't know if he specifically works on these disorders, but you could try Dr Zarbalian at https://www.eastwestmd.com/. He's a concierge doc, so no insurance coverage but his prices are reasonable. He uses accupunture and Chinese herbs in addition to traditional western medicine. Edit: just wanted to add that he's one of the best docs I've ever had. Super personable, spends lots of time talking things through with you, and very open to discussing ideas or research you find on your own.

They have an office in Herndon - 703.435.2574 and if you are looking for a woman make your appt w/ Dr. Gina Hibshman or Dr. Laura Kisskill. They are both wonderful! However, my favorite is Dr. Damon Hou... he's a little gay Asian guy who always wears a bowtie. ;-)

Go see Dr. David Parker at Commonwealth Orthopedic at Reston Hospital. He treated me when I broke my leg and ended up in a wheel chair for 9 months. He gives good hugs when you're crying.
