Home inspection Any recommendation for reputable home inspector in the area? Would like to get pre-drywall and final home inspection. Thanks.

Google Harmony home inspection, hank spinnler is amazing. When I was in real estate I referred him. Hec had a sample report you can check out and is ashi certified and insured.

Max Shirley does a great job. Don’t let the low price fool you. He knows what he is doing. http://maxshirleyinspections.com/ Also RIA does a good job as well. https://www.residentialinspector.com/

I scheduled with Whole Home Inspections. They were listed on Zillow with good ratings and also found to be more reasonable at $250 for pre-drywall inspection. Appreciate everyone’s input.

I've used Total Home Consultants for two houses. They're affordable and very thorough. We used Mike.
We also just bought a house in cumming and the inspector we used was great. He is ASHI certified and him and his dad also did inspections around mcdonough for years. He was very thorough. New haven inspections Matthew king: 404-452-3274
