http://www.toptobottominspection.net/ Steve Goolsby came highly recommended from two of my friends. He talked my ear off but I learned loads of stuff. He was extremely thorough and professional.

Accuspect did my house. Very reasonable and very thorough. He bound the report with photography and answered all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully (even the stupid ones).

http://www.medallioninspections.com/ I used them because they are well rated on kudzu and they send out two inspectors. I felt it was faster and more detailed because there were two.

Why aren't you using one recommended by your Realtor? I'm one myself and have people I can refer that are quality, trustworthy guys. You work with a lot of people and our reputation is on the line here. If you don't trust your agent, then that is the issue.
Seems funny to ask for a referral here, anonymously, on reddit, when anyone could refer anyone. Wouldn't your agent, with a reputation on the line, years of industry experience, tangible hands-on experience be a better source? And since they may have a business relationship, they might be able to give you a better price, or a soon appointment.
If she/he gave you a list, you can interview them yourselves. Ask for sample inspections or a list of past clients. Just seems weird to trust them through the home-buying process and not for an industry referral.
