Hi Lee. I run Cheadle Holistic Therapies and we offer clinical massage. At present we are looking for personal trainers to work with and would like to offer you a free treatment so you can see the benefits for yourself before referring your clients. Clinical massage is for chronic pain and sports injuries but less painful on the client than sports massage. It's highly effective and using a range of techniques. Please contact me to try it out. Thanks. Sharon 07867 804494sharon@cheadle-holistic-therapies.co.ukhttp://www.cheadle-holistic-therapies.co.uk/pain-relief/

Can anyone recommend a physio or massage for a bad back?
portugobo replied:
Russ - he's called 'Batch Sports Therapy' if you search for him on insta or FB. He works out of Fighting Fit gym in the green quarter and he's seriously good. I've tried a few physios and he's by far the best.
leemo_12 replied:
If you're a student (any uni in Manchester) you can go to Salford uni for a sports massage and pay about £15 if I remember. That's what my physiotherapist said to me.
frodoisdead replied:
If you're after city centre then there's Physio Lounge in Spinningfields.

I used Sam Davies chiropractic care in Heaton Moor. Might be a bit far out for you but very professional and reasonably priced. Appts normally last around an hour, finds all the tight parts on your back and massages them, and then 'cracks' it, made me feel 100 x better. I think (This was a year ago) prices were £55~ for the initial appointment (Includes a consultation + treatment) and then £30 for repeat appointments. Sam herself was really professional and knowledgeable. Place is comfortable and decent parking down side streets, nice area too. *Edit - Link: http://davieschiropracticcare.co.uk/
Ahhhhhh .... missie is lame!! Could be one of two things. She had shoes put on this morning, they could be bothering her or she needs a massage .... or both! Ppppfffft...
