I've used Brian Scott for many sporting injuries. Based Rutherglen
Jamie B. replied:
Where exactly is the pain? If you do have a tight IT band, buy a foam roller (or some gyms have them) and Google foam rolling. Deep tissue massage would also speed up recovery. Physio best placed to diagnose it though. When I've had ITB problems I've felt it in the knee.
Grant N. replied:
Cheers Wully Mcveigh. Just googled it. Connections Physio.A bit closer to home and if that doesn't work will try Brian Scott (thx Marc)

Hi Ray, the band at my Sister's wedding were called ' The Vinyls' and played everything from rock/pop to ceilidh and were excellent. I dont know what you are thinking of spending but they were approx £500 for 4 hours. They are very popular so will probably be booked up but up to you if you want to give them a try. If not, you could try info@musicforscotland.co.uk
