We used Strathmore Flooring (trying to keep it local). We got a decent price several years ago but had to do some hard negotiations and we requested it be installed. The wood installation was good. BUT the tile installation was awful, we called the store who brought back their installation rep and he agreed with the problem areas and that his helper was hung over that day ....but then we could never get anyone to come back - we heard that installer was let go but we are still stuck with some adjustment issues with no resolution.
