Anyone know of any gluten free bakeries in Leicester close to de mountford hall?

Nope. Currant affairs on loseby lane sell one gf cake a day and one savoury pastry product warm a day. Also cafe almedia just off loseby lane sell a few gf cakes every day and cafe mbriki on loseby lane sell two types cakes a day, normally a carrot cake and an almondy dime bar cake slice. John Lewis in high cross have the usual stuff for sale- honey buns cakes (usually three) plus another three on the counter but risk of cc with other cakes. There is a specific gf shop called roseys on western boulevard near dmu/ bead park but no fresh bakery products as such. She has a fb page though

I'm up in Leicester tomorrow and although it's not a bakery I'm going to try this place in the evening http://www.cosyclub.co.uk/leicester. Was up in Leicester last week and I think the city could benefit from a gluten free cafe/bakery or some kind of eaterie that caters for intolerances i.e. dairy free as well.
