Carrot juice & high doses of good quality Vitamin A supplements, think of all the scripts with Retinol...that's just Vitamin A...tons of it in carrots (beta-carotene.) As Eden mentioned Apple Cider Vinegar is great, also use it as a toner. Eat clean whole foods, sweat, smile & get fresh air ♡♡♡
