I bank at Webster Five, and they do them. Had to have the "medallion" to change my name on my retirement funds when I got married. Be prepared to pay a fee.

I had to go to DCU bank in Worcester. Lucky for me she asked if I had an account after I got the stamp. I was told only financial institutions do them.

Commercial banks such as Citizens, Bank of America ect do them, but you need to have an accout with them.

FNBank Suffield will notorize for free if you have an account there. The library provides this service in certain days/times and by appointment. Give them a call. Jackie Spielman Mahannah is also a notary but you need to make arrangements in advance.
