Omg we had that problem too!! Apparently no one wants to work. Finally called https://www.facebook.com/119958211433213 Traditional Painting Brian Williams +1 (413) 364-6876. He measured and gave an onsite quote. Good quote, quick and clean. He scraped all our popcorn ceilings, skim coated and repainted. Beautiful job.
