Yes Cajun Cakes is no longer behind Holy Trinity. A decision was made to relocate to a building with higher visibility and a better drive-thru setup, however due to significant inflation on properties around the area and several "Lemony Snickets" (series of unfortunate events with the building that we were looking to occupy) we are still unable to return to business as usual at this time in a permanent location that is fully accessible for the public (tiny rental kitchen with a locked gate and absolutely nooooooo parking space). I wish I could offer an official Grand Opening date on a new store front to everyone, but it does not seem to be in the cards just yet. BUT!!! We're still bringing those little fluffy pillows of perfection to local events. Our next event is going to be Cyphacon at the Lake Charles Civic Center April 8th- 10th. Come on by and enjoy some fantastic eats!!!
