I was suffering from lower back pain so I went to a chiropractor and my neck starting her soooo bad I had never had neck pain before in my life. I ended up losing half of my motion in my neck and shoulders. A chiropractor is a temporary fix any doctor will tell you that and once you start going you'll never be able to stop. My doctor sent me to a orthopedic specialist who sent me to physical therapy. I now go to Industrial Strength in sulphur and they are AMAZING. I've been going for a month now and have all my motion back in my neck and shoulders. Best decision I've ever made. Please don't go to a chiropractor!!!!

I would start off with chiro a couple of timrs...you may just need something as simple as an alignment. If thats the case you will feel so much better. There is Dr Fay across from the walmart. She does xrays and are very cheap without INS.

I recommend Lake Charles chiropractic to just about everyone these days. It's not only adjustments!!! You do some light exercises to actually fix your problem (if it's fixable) or strengthen your problem area. They have tinge units, a hydro massage bed and a massage therapist you see as directed while going!!! I love going to Dr. Laurie!!

I highly recommend physical therapy... Industrial Strength in particular. With PT you will learn how to stretch and exercise out the area so you can take care of yourself, while both of your choices require you to continue going to get relief.

I was always afraid to death of the Chiropractor, but my doctor said I needed to. He said there was only one guy in the area that he trusted. I've been seeing him for about 6 weeks and I love love him! I can't imagine not going. His name is Jeremy Ward at Ward Chiropractic. They are wonderful and I highly recommend him and his staff.
